This policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and cancellations for orders placed on NaturoCure.
Refund can be claimed on your orders up to a period of 10 days from the date of your payment. If it has been 10 days since your payment, you are not eligible to claim a refund.
To complete your refund, we require a receipt or proof of purchase or your registered email ID through which you initiated the purchase. It is also necessary that the credit or debit card through which you made the purchase should be active. If it has been cancelled, then a refund becomes difficult.
Processing Time:
It may take up to 7 days for the refund amount to reflect in your account after it has been processed from our end.
Once you receive a confirmation from our end that the refund has been processed, you need to wait for a period of 5-7 days until the amount reflects in your account.
If you do not receive the refund amount, you need to contact your bank or check with your credit card provider.

Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. The mode of refund shall be the same as the mode of payment.
